Too much stuff in here!!! Let's start contacting people from dead projects and sending them to hell! ;-)

Plus, we should choose the most relevant projects (the ones which are in widespread use and actively developed) and try to establish some relation with them. Of course this kind of stuff is delicate, so we have to talk clearly and be realistic.

Then, there are many important projects around not listed here... maybe making a complete list of people we "want to hire" and another of people we want to cooperate with would be better.
